Job summary

PowerToFly in Cork is seeking a Senior Project Manager - NPI to lead the implementation of manufacturing processes and supply chain systems for new product programs, from scope definition to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and performance.

You will lead a cross‑functional team within a medical device setting, collaborate with Commercial and Operational leadership, and drive additive manufacturing integration to support a new custom implant launch and future

Qualifications

PM role experience in engineering/project in a regulated industry.
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence a cross‑functional multi-disciplinary team.
Knowledge of FDA & International medical device regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills including risk management.

Responsibilities

Delivery of the manufacturing element of new product programs, with focus on scope setting, project planning, and management.
Provide strong leadership to the project team spanning Quality, Sterilization, Production, Packaging, Labelling, Materials, Logistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, HR, Process Engineering, Facilities & EH&S.
Collaborate with site leadership during design development to ensure new manufacturing processes enter production compliantly, on time and within budget.
Drive capital acquisition strategy, determining total capex and opex, securing approvals, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring installation, qualification, and validation.
Develop a comprehensive communication plan to convey project status to Commercial and Operational forums.
Liaise with Regulatory Affairs to align strategy with regulatory pathway.
