Citi Dublin is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver Java-based applications using Spring Boot for our Issuer platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong background in professional software development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Proven ability to design and implement complex systems with focus on scalability, performance and security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot with ownership of key components.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to the Issuer platform roadmap.
• Mentor junior developers to support growth and development.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern dev practices including code reviews, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
