Job summary

Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to design, implement and support cloud-based contact centre solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to translate requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

The role focuses on Amazon Connect, AWS services, and third-party integrations, delivering high-performing, reliable customer engagement platforms within a hybrid work model in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing and supporting Amazon Connect.
• Proven experience with CCaaS platforms and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of serverless architecture and AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Amazon Connect solutions for voice, chat and omnichannel experiences.
• Develop and maintain contact flows, IVR solutions, routing strategies and queue management.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and CRM platforms.
• Build serverless, event-driven extensions to expand Connect functionality.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture and documentation.
