Job summary

Citi Dublin is hiring a Reconciliation Intermediate Analyst to support UAT for system enhancements and perform risk and control testing within a global financial services environment. You will resolve complex reconciliation problems, lead projects, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely, accurate results.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication, and solid accounting knowledge, with a hybrid work setup (up to 2 days at home weekly) and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on analysis of factual information.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs UAT for various system enhancements, modifications and introductions.
• Performs risk & control testing. Addresses audit queries.
• Resolves complex reconciliation problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of basic business process and industry standards.
• Leads projects or offer solutions.
• Applies understanding of how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish objectives.
• Deals with most problems independently with latitude to solve complex problems.
• Applies project management skills and may provide informal guidance to new team members.
