Job summary

Mott MacDonald Ireland is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead a nationally significant portfolio of infrastructure projects. You will work under the Senior Project Manager, guiding complex workstreams and driving programme delivery across our APD team in Ireland with offices in Dublin, Cork, and Galway.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field, professional membership, and experience in managing teams, contracts, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering or project management degree or equivalent experience.
• APM/ PMI membership or Engineers Ireland membership.
• Chartered or working towards chartership (ChPP or similar).
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Full driving licence and strong client relationships.
• Good communication with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of planning controls and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project obligations on time, within cost and standards.
• Embed sustainability and health & safety on projects.
• Manage change, risks, and interfaces with supply chain.
• Lead project programme with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain client communications and governance reporting.
• Close out projects effectively.
