Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a digital marketing advertising solution across EU markets in collaboration with Pinterest. You will support new clients from the Pinterest journey, educating advertisers on optimal campaign types to drive results.

This role involves building relationships, hitting quarterly KPIs, and partnering with an energetic sales team within a leading professional services organisation. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Ability to analyse data to solve business problems.
• Ability to train advertisers on solutions and campaigns.
• Ability to understand objections and craft a marketing plan for Pinterest.
• Quick learner with knowledge of client products and services.
• Tech-savvy with interest in innovative technology.
• Self-reliant, adaptable and professional; capable of multi-tasking.
• Proven track record of achieving quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and contact potential new partner businesses for Pinterest value.
• Set advertiser up for success before handing to Account Management.
• Collaborate with brands to understand goals and co-create marketing plans.
• Understand partners' business goals and provide insights to help success.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships as primary contact.
• Work toward fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with wider sales team to share knowledge.
