Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple live projects from design through to installation, blending office-based work with site visits and some remote flexibility.

You will coordinate design, production, and installation teams, maintain schedules and budgets while building strong client relationships. The role offers a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including pension and healthcare, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or senior leadership role.
• Background in fabrication, building services, façade systems, or construction desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both office and site environments.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
• Full, clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple live projects (typically several running concurrently)
• Coordinating across design, production, and installation teams
• Working closely with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Leading and supporting internal teams including engineers and operational staff
• Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Driving operational improvements across processes and workflows
• Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry requirements
