Job summary

Statkraft, based in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a motivated Project Prepare for Operations Coordinator to join the SAM team. The role focuses on coordinating PfO activities, ensuring readiness and governance, and supporting handover to asset owners across renewable energy projects.

You will work with Development, Construction, Operations and Asset Management teams, driving improvements and maintaining documentation while benefiting from a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to travel to

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, administration or management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of project data and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of PfO activities across renewable energy projects.
• Ensure readiness activities are planned, tracked, and delivered to milestones.
• Maintain governance docs: schedules, risk registers, action trackers, handover plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive timely completion of deliverables.
• Build relationships with Development, Construction, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal and HSSE teams.
• Support collection, review, and management of project documentation for handover and asset transition.
