Job summary

Nucleo Consulting Limited seeks a Land Management Analyst for a 12-month contract within the Asset Management and Sustainability area. You will assist with policy development, land portfolio strategy, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders in a hybrid setup in Ireland.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in utilities or related sectors, with a track record of resolving customer challenges, coaching others, and maintaining rigorous service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in utilities or related sector.
• Desirable third level qualification or accreditation.
• Experience resolving customer challenges with high service standards.
• Ability to coach others in developing technical skills.
• Strong values, decision-making and knowledge sharing.
• Hybrid working arrangement for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy and strategy development for the property portfolio.
• Assist development and implementation of Land Management Team objectives.
• Handle property queries and reporting using relevant processes and systems.
• Resolve escalated queries with stakeholders.
• Maintain property registers incl. disposals, wayleaves, leases, licences.
• Assist with land records management systems and processes.
• Negotiate with landowners and external stakeholders.
• Support national asset transfer projects and stakeholder liaison.
• Engage departments to understand land-related requirements.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and heritage protections.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Land Management Lead.
