Job summary

SOLAS, the Further Education and Training Authority of Ireland, invites applications for an ICT Support Analyst to join the Operations and Infrastructure team within the ICT & Digital Business Unit in Dublin. This permanent role delivers end-user support and contributes to the maintenance, development and continual improvement of SOLAS ICT systems and services.

The role operates on a 35-hour week with blended working (minimum 2 days in the Castleforbes Road office).

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user ICT support.
• Experience maintaining and improving ICT systems.
• Ability to work in an in-house team.
