Qualifications
- Experienced and qualified Field Service Engineer in the sector.
- Specific knowledge and expertise in Transformers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in health & safety and safe systems of work.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels and work under pressure.
- Experience solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute service tasks including installation and routine maintenance.
- Deliver high-quality service and respond to on-site and remote issues.
- Coordinate with customers and Hitachi teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify new service opportunities and improve productivity.
- Maintain safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
