Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a Regulatory Reporting AVP in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid in-office pattern (3 days a week). You will oversee Corep, FinRep, and data flow controls while guiding regulatory submissions and process improvements across a global banking environment.

The role requires strong regulatory reporting experience, solid controls knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting processes and frameworks.
• Experience with Corep, FinRep/Statistical Returns is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports across Corep, FinRep, and related returns.
• Maintain and enhance control frameworks within the reporting process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory requirements.
• Analyse financial data to support regulatory submissions and business goals.
• Keep up-to-date with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
• Identify process improvements for reporting efficiency.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with documentation and insights.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for regulatory reporting and controls.
