Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and functional specifications for digital projects.
• Prioritize automation initiatives across Global Trade Services.
• Translate business needs into innovative technology solutions aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with tech teams, data scientists, and product owners to deliver.
• Support UAT, solution adoption, and change management activities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve business performance.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders.
