Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, ML, or AI in business.
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data environments.
• Programming skills with modern data science libraries/frameworks.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, statistics, experimentation, ML.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing large datasets.
• Develop actionable insights to support strategic decisions across GTS.
• Create predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve productivity and compliance.
• Design and deploy ML/AI models addressing business challenges.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate problems into analytics.
