Job summary

Dublin Dance Festival is seeking a Communications & Engagement Officer to work with the Communications Director. The role focuses on delivering engaging communications and digital marketing to raise awareness and participation in the festival.

You will manage day-to-day social media and website activity, create blog content, and support campaigns and brand implementation throughout the year. Hybrid working arrangements apply, with 2–3 days per week in the office and extended in-person activity

Qualifications

Experience creating and managing content for websites and digital communications.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns within brand guidelines.
Demonstrated experience with social media and content strategy.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of the Festival’s communication strategies within budget and timelines.
Manage social media channels: planning, creation, scheduling and monitoring.
Create engaging blog posts, newsletters and other digital content.
Oversee website content and digital newsletters and analytics.
Document projects with photos and videos and maintain archives.
Assist with planning of advertising campaigns and press activities.
Coordinate promotional materials with designers and partners.
Support post-festival data analysis and reporting.
