Job summary

Ocuco Ltd is hiring a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Global Lab Development team in Dublin. You will oversee CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, patching, monitoring and access controls for Lab Management System and online portal, collaborating with Dev, InfoSec and IT teams.

The role focuses on infrastructure, cloud migration and secure, auditable operations with no specific programming language requirement, based in our Dublin HQ in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a DevOps, infrastructure or similar technical operations role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS/SSL, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation and least-privilege access controls.
• Experience managing relational databases from an operational perspective, including backups, monitoring and failover; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Key Vault and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting application and infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Development, InfoSec and IT teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and environments for Lab platforms and cloud migration efforts.
• Provision, patch and maintain computing environments across Windows and Linux
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure and services
• Implement access controls and security measures aligned with compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with Development, InfoSec and IT teams to bridge application and infrastructure needs
• Support multiple SaaS deployment scenarios and multi-site configurations
