Job summary

Ocuco Limited, a Dublin-based software company for eyecare, is seeking a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to join the Global Lab Development team. You will support CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, patching, monitoring and access controls across Lab Innovations and Lablink platforms.

You will work with Development, InfoSec and IT teams to keep environments secure, auditable and scalable while contributing to cloud migration efforts.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a DevOps, infrastructure or similar technical operations role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS/SSL, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation and least-privilege access controls.
• Experience managing relational databases from an operational perspective, including backups, monitoring and failover; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Key Vault and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting application and infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Development, InfoSec and IT teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and DevOps processes supporting two platforms: Innovations and Lablink.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and environment provisioning.
• Handle patching, monitoring and access controls to keep environments secure and auditable.
• Collaborate with Development, InfoSec and IT teams to bridge application development and infrastructure.
• Support cloud migration efforts and ongoing operation of platforms.
