Job summary

Storm Technology Ltd, part of the Littlefish Group, is seeking a D365 Business Central Support Consultant to help clients maximise value from their ERP and financial systems in a Dublin-based role with flexible hybrid working.

You will provide high-quality functional support, resolve issues and collaborate with Level 2/3 teams to deliver an excellent customer experience while upholding SLAs and onboarding new clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• Experience supporting or implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Financial systems experience, either as a consultant or end user.
• Background supporting business applications in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing functional support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
• Managing customer issues through to resolution while delivering an excellent support experience.
• Working closely with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and leading support discussions.
• Supporting customer onboarding and contributing to our Knowledge Base.
• Working within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
