Prudential Financial in Ireland seeks a strong Creative Director to lead the Ireland-based USB Creative Team in a hybrid Letterkenny role, guiding multiple projects in a fast-paced in-house design environment.

You bring a design background with a knack for powerful copy, a sophisticated aesthetic, and a proven ability to deliver innovative digital and print solutions that align with sales and marketing goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia/Motion Graphics/3D or related discipline.
• 10+ years of design and/or creative experience, with a focus on leading high-performing creative teams.
• Ability to proactively identify new and more efficient ways of working.
• A positive approach is essential.
• Strong problem solving skills and communication skills: excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to develop strategically-based conceptual ideas and execute against them to create innovative digital/multimedia solutions.
• Understanding of motion graphics, 3D, web design, email and UI/IA conventions, brand identity and print/advertising design.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating concept work across platforms.

Mansioni

• Be fully accountable for the creative output of the Ireland-based team.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Editors, and US-based Creative Directors to design and refine assets including digital, email, print, data viz and video/animation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
• Take and implement feedback to grow as a creative leader.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and apply learnings to ongoing work.
• Be a Prudential Brand Ambassador and share accountability for KPI-driven success.
