Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in third-party risk management (TPRM), operational risk, audit, or a high-volume compliance/operations environment.
• Experience in target-driven operational screening environments is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA) are beneficial but not required.
• Location & Work Authorization: Must be based in/around Cork with eligible, unconstrained working rights in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Risk Screening: Perform triage and risk screening reviews on IRQs across 8-9 domains.
• Target-Driven Output: Manage an active task queue aiming for ~5 risk screening reviews per day while meeting SLAs (e.g., 2-day turnaround).
• Proactive Stakeholder Engagement: Drive timely responses by directly reaching out via phone to internal partners across all levels to resolve queries.
• Risk Evaluation & Reporting: Review third-party due diligence data, evaluate action plans, and record final risk dispositions.
• Standardisation: Apply standardized qualitative risk-scoring criteria to evaluate third-party risk profiles.
