Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a CAD Technician to support store layouts, refurbishments, and new openings. The role blends design, space planning and project coordination, with a hybrid working pattern offering two days from home.

You will produce accurate CAD layouts, manage drawing revisions, and ensure CAD standards are followed across projects. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in architectural/space planning fields.
• Minimum 3 years in retail, architectural, or design environments.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills and experience with technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain CAD store layout drawings for stores and relocations.
• Develop layouts, footage plans, and stockroom racking to support operations.
• Manage drawing packages, revisions, and document control.
• Support CAD standards, templates and block libraries.
• Review consultant drawings for compliance and provide CAD training.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and project teams to ensure layout integration.
