Job summary

TEKenable Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Senior BI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of a modern analytics platform built on Microsoft Fabric. The role defines architecture, standards, and roadmaps for data and BI capabilities across the organization.

You will work with business and ICT stakeholders to ensure data platforms, governance standards, and analytics solutions support strategic decision-making while being scalable, secure, and future-ready.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, or enterprise analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Analytics technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Fabric Notebooks, PySpark).
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale BI and analytics platforms.
• Strong data governance, DevOps, source control, and deployment automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of enterprise BI and analytics solutions.
• Design Microsoft Fabric architecture including lakehouse, warehouse, semantic models, and reporting layers.
• Define enterprise data models, integration patterns, and architecture standards.
• Establish best practices for BI development and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee platform lifecycle activities including migration, optimisation, scalability, and performance management.
• Maintain alignment between data architecture and business strategy.
• Provide leadership to data engineering, analytics, and reporting teams.
