Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Account Manager to drive rollout of a digital marketing solution for the European market. You will work with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase sales, and deploy advertising technology. The role offers a hybrid work model and collaboration within a high-performing team.

You will manage a large number of campaigns, retain and grow revenue, and translate data into actionable insights to help clients meet their objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in online ad platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Sales and/or account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native-level fluency in the market assigned.
• Experience interfacing with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Office/G‑Suite.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of accounts, both new and existing, and retain and grow revenue.
• Understand partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and grow relationships.
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
• Upsell/cross-sell and activate accounts.
• Communicate new features to the Product team.
• Track and analyze key metrics and business trends.
• Set campaign goals with agencies or direct accounts (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC).
• Manage campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
