About the Role

Provide timely and accurate technical information for tenders, submittals, and plant schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Perform load calculations (heating, cooling, ventilation, basic water services and waste).
  • Prepare 2D drawings and sketches; create and update AutoCAD drawings as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support HVAC system proposals and designs.
  • Attend client and design meetings, representing the company in a technical capacity.
  • Assist with tender management and contract handovers.
  • Maintain and update project-related files and internal databases.
  • Support document preparation for contracts, including technical submittals, extras, and variations.
  • Assist with KPI tracking and internal reporting alongside the office manager.
  • Maintain and update the client activity database.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to the company website and attending HVAC seminars and trade shows.
  • Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities and clients.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC industry, ideally with DX systems (VRF/VRV, Splits, etc.).
  • Prior involvement in data centre HVAC projects is advantageous.

Required Skills

  • Strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across Europe for training or support.
  • Professional and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A motivated, ambitious team player who is eager to grow with the company.
