Job summary

A leading flooring supplier in Dublin is seeking a dynamic HR leader to manage their HR department. Responsibilities include handling HR queries, payroll processing, and overseeing recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in a HR Generalist role and a strong knowledge of Irish employment law. This full-time position is completely onsite and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.

About Your New Employer

Our client is top flooring supplier in Ireland, with their office located in Park West, Dublin 12. They are looking to bring on a dynamic HR leader to manage their HR department/processes, this role would be fully onsite.

About Your New Job
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR queries
  • Manage and process the payroll
  • Maintain and coordinate training requirements
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
  • Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records
What Skills You Need
  • Minimum 4 years in a HR Generalist role
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7 desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment would be advantageous
