Job description

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join the HR department for the Hotel and our Convention Centre.

The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin prides itself on our Yes I can attitude, we are looking for an energetic, dynamic personality, positive can-do attitude, the ability to follow instructions, a flexible team player, and very strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with MS office, will have excellent attention to detail and will have strong levels of English (both written and verbal). Experience in a similar role or a human resource role would be advantageous but not necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a wide variety of HR tasks for the Hotel and the Convention Centre. Some tasks will include the following:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration and record keeping
  • Participating in a variety of HR projects and initiatives
  • Attending and contributing to meetings
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new team members
  • Supporting training, development, and employee engagement activities
  • Building positive relationships across the team and wider organisation
