Overview

We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join us at our headquarters in Cappamore, Co. Limerick. This role offers attractive benefits and an opportunity to grow with a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain employee files, ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records, policies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and company procedures.
  • Step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1 Year of experience in administration
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with payroll processes (an advantage) to step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
