Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking a Senior HSEQ Advisor to join the Installation Division in Dublin 22. You will develop and maintain HSEQT systems in line with ISO standards, ensuring site compliance and driving safety improvements across projects.

Key requirements include NEBOSH certificate and degree, extensive civil/telecom experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, plus CSCS card. You will report to the HSEQT Manager and support ongoing excellence.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Degree qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a civil engineering or telecommunications environment is essential.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HSEQT Management system (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Report to management on performance and improvement needs.
• Provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager via monitoring and interventions.
• Oversee HSEQT performance with senior management input.
• Ensure all worksites comply with legal HSEQT obligations.
• Prepare Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans.
• Approve, monitor and review all sub-contractor works.
• Maintain and investigate incident records.

Responsibilities of HSEQ Advisor:

• Development of the HSEQT Management system, in line with OHSAS 1801 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001,ISO 14001
• Reporting to management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement
• To provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager by means of appropriate monitoring and intervention
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operation of HSEQT performance, working with senior management
• To ensure that all worksites are fully compliant with legal HSEQT obligations
• Completion of Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans etc
• Approval, monitoring and reviewing of all sub-contractor works
• Ensuring records of incidents are maintained and investigated

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages
• CSCS Card
