Jardines Lucía is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to support delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Dublin City. You will lead health, safety, environmental and quality across sites and advise project teams.
The role requires a minimum Level 7 qualification in HSEQ or related field, 7+ years in construction, and strong knowledge of current legislation. In-person work with emphasis on reporting, risk management and continuous improvement.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSEQ Manager to support the delivery of high-quality civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Dublin City.
Lead and manage Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements across construction projects.
Provide HSEQ advice and support to construction, technical and operational teams.
Attend site visits for current and potential projects.
Review, develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and processes.
Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
Support project teams in identifying and managing HSEQ risks and requirements.
Assist with the development and implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Support sustainability procedures, reporting and continuous improvement.
Prepare HSEQ reports, presentations and documentation.
Assist with mentoring and developing junior HSEQ staff.
Promote a positive HSEQ culture throughout the organisation.
Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Environmental Health, HSEQ or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in a construction, civil engineering or infrastructure environment.
Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
Experience developing and reviewing HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
Experience working with construction and technical teams.
Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
Experience with sustainability and environmental reporting would be advantageous.
Pay: €45,610.47-€85,493.76 per year
