Qualifications

Job description

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Specialist with experience in payroll preparation/reconciliation to join a dynamic organisation based in Cork. This role offers excellent hybrid working conditions.

Key accountabilities include:

  • First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
  • Support hiring managers with coaching and training
  • Provide monthly reports on HR metrics as required
  • Support training, update employee policies and procedures and employee data as required
  • Deliver wellbeing initiatives and HR projects as required.
  • Lead the payroll process for HR ensuring payroll preparation and reconciliation is accurate at all times
  • Close working relationship with Finance/external third-party payroll processor

Experience required:

  • HR qualified with 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Experience in prepping/reconciliation of payroll is mandatory
