Overview

Applications are invited for the following post:

HR People Partner (Grade VII) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference: 342a/2025)

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will act as a key contributor to the development of HR Policy, HR Strategy and HR Initiatives for the university as well as working closely with other stakeholders to provide a HR consultancy service to management across the range of HR activity and as an internal advisory service to the other HR specialist teams as appropriate. HR policy development and review will reflect best HR practices in the sector. This team will also ensure consistent delivery of a high standard of HR service to managers and the delivery of relevant HR related training across Faculties and Professional Services.

Hours of Work

Hours of Work: A 35 hour working week is in operation.

Location

Location: The posts will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e. Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght.

Salary

Salary:

The Administrative Officer (Grade VII) Salary Scale is:

  • € 60,011 gross per annum

Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
