Job Description

We invite applications for this full-time, permanent role based in Clontarf, with occasional travel within Ireland. The job holder reports to one of our Team Leads and plays an essential role in delivering excellent service to our over 2,000 colleagues across every county in Ireland. The role will span Employee Relations, and the Wellbeing and DEI area. Your role will focus on helping managers and colleagues deliver the highest quality of service to IWA members, ensuring best-practice human resource deliverables and action-taking are embedded across our organisation. Working in a busy and rewarding environment, you will work as part of IWA’s centralised HR team and have regular contact with HR and other colleagues across a range of levels, throughout the organisation. You will have a varied, stimulating and challenging role and the opportunity to thrive and grow your career prospects.
