Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment? We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead and shape our people strategy across Ireland and the UK.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for employees and leadership alike — driving recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation to support our growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading recruitment and talent acquisition for our Ireland and UK entities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employee queries
  • Designing, implementing, and embedding a full suite of HR policies and procedures
  • Advising management on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
  • Partnering with senior leadership to support business objectives with people-focused solutions.
What we’re looking for
  • 10+ years’ HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; UK HR experience highly desirable
