The ideal candidate will have a graduate education in business/HR and at least 4 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on performance management and recruitment. This role would be stand alone on Waterford site, there are approx. 350, they will report directly to the General Manager, the site has boning hall and abattoir operations and a diverse workforce. It's an exciting time to join the business as we embed our People Strategy. There is lots of opportunities to get involved in Group HR Projects.
