An exciting opportunity has opened for a HR Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team at a leading organisation headquartered in South Dublin. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices across Ireland and Europe. This is a hands-on role with exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Prepare and issue employment contracts and documentation with precision

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling

Support work permit applications and relocation logistics

Employee Records

Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and employee files

Manage statutory leave records and reporting

Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards

Employee Relations

Address employee queries professionally and promptly

Manage the HR mailbox and streamline query resolution

Track and report on recurring issues, recommending improvements

Coordinate resignations, equipment returns, and exit interviews

Support employee engagement initiatives

Training & Development

Organise training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records

Assist in creating and updating training materials

HR Operations & Support

Ensure data accuracy for reporting and presentations

Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Monitor absence records and liaise with managers

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Support health and wellbeing programmes, including EAP rollouts

What You'll Bring:

Degree in HR or related field with 2 years' experience

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
