HR Consultant and Advisor (Ireland – Remote with Travel)

Ideally advisory and consultancy experience with a broad HR experience and knowledge, passionate about HR and supporting clients and managers.

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our HR team and play a strategic role in supporting organisational effectiveness and workforce growth. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving performance, talent development, and organisational change across multiple business areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Offer expert guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, succession planning, and development.
  • Take the lead on restructuring, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness projects.
  • Manage and contribute to change and transformation initiatives across functions and departments.
  • Advise on complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Facilitate key talent processes including leadership development and workforce capability planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to degree level (Master’s qualification is a plus) and a full member of CIPD.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR partnering role within a fast-paced, commercial setting (ideally 5 years or more).
  • Confident working closely with executive leaders and senior management teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Able to operate independently in a remote capacity, with the flexibility to travel to sites when required (a full, clean driving licence is essential).
