What you'll be working on

In this role, you'll drive business changes to HR-specific IT applications and strategic cloud solutions. You'll support the team lead, manage day-to-day operations, resolve incidents, and deliver changes. Your responsibilities include developing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to enhance HR application competency. You'll focus on IT governance, security, and continuity planning, contributing to a transformative program that drives organisational success. Additionally, you'll promote health and safety commitments, ensuring the highest industry standards. What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in configuring and managing systems, particularly Oracle HCM and CoreHR Payroll.
  • Highly desirable HR Business Process Knowledge and understanding of HR business processes.
  • IT Operations Experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in dealing with complex issues proactively and timely.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively to others.
  • Highly motivated, working to the highest professional standards.
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements.
