What you'll be working on

You'll support the team lead, manage day-to-day operations, resolve incidents, and deliver changes. Your responsibilities include developing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to enhance HR application competency. What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in configuring and managing systems, particularly Oracle HCM and CoreHR Payroll.
• Highly desirable HR Business Process Knowledge and understanding of HR business processes.
• IT Operations Experience
• Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Proven track record in dealing with complex issues proactively and timely.
• Ability to communicate information effectively to others.
• Highly motivated, working to the highest professional standards.
• Ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose solutions.
• Ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements.
