Your new company

As HR Business Partner, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. The office is located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. The initial contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Business Partnering Team, reporting to the HR Specialist. You will support the implementation of HR policies, represent the needs of the business in HR, and provide local support across various HR areas. Your duties include supporting HR strategy execution, advising line managers on HR matters, analyzing HR data, and supporting headcount management and recruitment strategies. You will also handle ad-hoc administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you have recent relevant experience and a relevant third-level qualification. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. You should be able to develop effective stakeholder relationships, pay great attention to detail, and manage your time efficiently. Providing examples of your achievements in similar roles will strengthen your application.
