Overview

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Business Partner in Cavan.

Salary up to €60,000 plus pension.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide managers on performance management, employee engagement, and development conversations.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of HR initiatives and projects that align with business goals.
  • Provide accurate HR data and insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Keep policies and procedures up to date and user-friendly.
  • Champion a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, encouraging best practice in people management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role (FMCG or fast-paced environments ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Irish employment legislation.
  • Confident handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • A problem-solver who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
