Job summary

Dovida Ireland is Ireland's largest and most trusted home care provider, seeking caring and reliable people to join our team to support clients in their own homes.

You will help older adults and people with disabilities live safely and independently, with a day that may include companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, and accompaniment to appointments. We offer competitive pay, free training, flexible schedules, mileage allowance, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must be QQI-qualified or equivalent.
• Full driving licence required (where applicable).
• Caring, reliable and flexible with visit times.
• Good communication and ability to assist older adults and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments.

About the role

At Dovida, you’re not \"just a carer\", you are the reason people can stay safe, independent, and happy in their own homes.

You will support older adults and people with disabilities to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. Your day may include:

• Meaningful companionship and conversation
