Job summary

Dovida is seeking caring individuals to join our Ireland team to support older adults and people with disabilities in their own homes. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care as needed, enabling clients to live safely and independently.

We offer flexible schedules, mileage allowances for travel between clients, and access to free or subsidised training to help you grow your skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• We are seeking caring, reliable individuals who can provide companionship and support in clients’ homes.
• Full training provided; prior care experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and conversation.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene) if needed.
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments as required.

About the role

You will support older adults and people with disabilities to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. Your day may include:

• Meaningful companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
