Tuath Housing Association invites applications for a Housing Officer based in Dundalk on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality housing management service, including lettings, customer engagement and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Housing Services Team Leader across local estates to improve tenancy outcomes and drive service improvement while maintaining a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and highly effective housing management presence in the identified locality.
• Deliver lettings with a strong customer focus and meet KPI targets and regulatory standards.
• Promote pride and belonging in communities and schemes with other teams.
• Work with Housing Services Manager to develop operational delivery priorities.
• Support lettings to ensure properties are let quickly and minimise void rental loss.
