Job summary

Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland invites graduates to apply for the 18-month Management Development Programme. You will gain work experience, off-the-job learning and self-learning while rotating through hotel departments, under the guidance of a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.

Early focus on the Duty Manager role is expected within 3–6 months, on a fixed-term contract aimed at a permanent management position.

Qualifications

• A passion for genuine hospitality.
• Proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
• Degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Ideally, you will have previously worked in an operational role in Hotels, Leisure or Tourism.
• Flexibility on placement location to get the best out of your programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 18-month Management Development Programme.
• Exposed to hotel operations through departmental rotation.
• Work with a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Aim to secure a permanent management role by program end.
