Job summary

The Anner Hotel, a 4-star property in Thurles, Co. Tipperary, seeks an experienced financial leader to oversee all financial functions of the hotel.

Based at Dublin Road, you will manage monthly management accounts, cash flow, and budgeting processes. Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified with at least five years post-qualification experience, excellent Excel skills, and a track record in hospitality or multi-system environments.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and computer literacy across multiple systems.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all aspects of the Finance function for the hotel.
• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts with P&L, KPI, balance sheet reconciliation and cashflow forecast.
• Lead forecasts for revenue and costs; identify risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.
• Prepare costings of capital projects for Head Office approval.
• Monitor internal controls and maximise profitability through cost control and strategic input.
