Job summary

Hospital Pharmacists Association of Ireland invites applications for a Pharmacist maternity cover position at Galway Hospice, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Reporting to the Chief Pharmacists, you will work with the Pharmacy team to ensure programmes are completed to a high standard.

Applicants must be a registered Pharmacist with the PSI and have 3-5 years post-registration experience; hospital/hospice exposure is desirable and you should be able to participate in multidisciplinary committees and

Qualifications

• Be a registered Pharmacist with the PSI.
• Have at least 3-5 years post-registration experience.
• Experience in Hospital/Hospice setting is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Pharmacists, ensure work programmes are completed to a high standard.
• Take part in multidisciplinary committees, clinical audit and education initiatives.
