Job summary

EZ Living Furniture in Waterford is seeking a part-time Homeware Sales Advisor and Visual Merchandiser for our Waterford store. This role is 3 days per week (including weekends) with travel to our Clonmel store once a week.

You will be enthusiastic, customer-focused with at least two years of retail experience; giftware knowledge is a plus. Strong IT skills, a good telephone manner, and the ability to meet sales targets are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience.
• Giftware experience is a plus.
• Furniture experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong IT skills and excellent telephone manner.
• Team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in store and achieve sales targets.
• Sell homeware and manage VM/display tasks.
• Use POS system and handle customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Travel to Clonmel store once a week as required.

EZ Living Furniture requires a Homeware Sales Advisor and VM on a part time basis (3 days per week, including weekends) for our Waterford Store. This role involves travel to our Clonmel store once a week.

The Person

• Must be an enthusiastic individual with a talent for selling, matched with a strong customer focus.
• Goal driven, ambitious with a hunger to be successful.
• Visual Merchandising and Display tasks
• A desire to develop and progress within an expanding company.
• Achieve weekly sales targets, using our POS system and dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, both by telephone and in person.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to provide a top class professional service.

Skills And Qualifications

You will be an experienced retail advisor with at least two years retail experience and some giftware experience.

Furniture Experience Would Be a Benefit But Not Essential.

Previous achievement of sales targets will be an advantage.

You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills.
