The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 degree in Social Care and at least 4 years of relevant experience working with children. Overview

CPL Healthcare is excited to announce we have partnered with a client who provides therapeutic care and support to children and young people in a nurturing home environment while providing safe spaces for children to flourish and reach their full potential. We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Home Manager in a children's residential service in Garristown, Dublin.

Successful candidate will manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose and ensure the maintenance of a safe and caring environment in accordance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards and our clients' Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care/Work
  • 4 years’ experience of working in a social care environment with children
  • A full clean driving licence with access to own transport.
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry
  • Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
