Home Care Workers

Family Carers Ireland (FCI) is the national charity supporting family carers across the country who dedicate their lives to caring for loved ones such as children or adults with physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses or addiction. We provide a range of supports and services for family carers nationally from our local support centres.

Co. Meath

Family Carers Ireland (FCI) are a HSE approved home care provider who have been embedded in homes all over Ireland.

Hourly Rate: €14.70 - Half hour and premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays are also paid.

Mileage/Travel Time: 30c per kilometre + fortnightly travel payment.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 8% of hours work subject to a maximum of four working weeks per annum.

Paid Sick Leave/Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave: All leave subject to specific criteria.
