Job summary

Be Independent Home Care is recruiting a Homecare Assistant to work in Ardee, Co. Louth, Ireland. The role is permanent and full-time with on-site duties and a competitive hourly rate of €15.50.

You will receive full induction training, free uniform and PPE, and ongoing development opportunities within a supportive team led by a Care Manager and Nurse Management Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent.
• Or a minimum of 1 year of paid care experience.
• Be cheerful, caring, positive and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality homecare support to clients in Ardee and surrounding areas.
• Support daily living activities and assist with personal care as needed.
• Comply with training, safety and care standards and keep documentation up to date.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
