Be Independent Home Care Ltd invites applications for Healthcare Assistants across Stillorgan, Blackrock and Dundrum in Ireland. The role offers a rotating schedule with guaranteed hours and a minimum 30 hours per week, plus possibility of more hours.

A €250 joining bonus is available, along with full induction training and uniform/PPE provided. A friendly Care Manager and Nurse support ensure a positive work culture.

• Minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent, or 1 year paid care experience.

Due to continued growth, we are hiring Healthcare Assistants for all the below areas!

• Stillorgan, Blackrock, Dundrum

Guaranteed hour contract - Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 9pm on the basis of a rotating roster - 3 days week one (Wed, Thurs, Fri), and 4 days week two (Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun) - only working every second weekend! Only work 7 days per fortnight, but receive 60 hours of guaranteed pay! (more hours also available).

Required Education, Skills And Qualifications

• Have suitable permission to work *We cannot currently provide sponsorship for this role*
• Minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 years' paid experience in providing care.
• Be a cheerful, caring, positive and dependable person.
• Have suitable work references, permission to work and fluent English.
• Have Own Car and Full License.
• Joining bonus paid after successfully completing 6 months employment with us.
